Shane McKeen is a former career prosecutor who has dedicated his practice to criminal law. After serving as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Georgia, Shane spent five years as an Assistant Solicitor General in the State Court of Gwinnett County. While there Shane was lead counsel in over thirty jury trials, most of which involved DUI charges. Shane also specializes in motions and appellate practice with experience arguing before the Supreme Court of Georgia.
Now, Shane puts his vast experience to work for people charged with DUI and other criminal offense throughout metro Atlanta and North Georgia. As a former prosecutor, Shane is trained to recognize legal issues and gaps in evidence that are crucial to the defense of criminal cases.
Shane is a graduate of the University of Georgia and the Georgia State College of Law and is licensed to practice law in every State and Superior Court in Georgia.
