The Superior Court is Georgia's general jurisdiction trial court. It has jurisdiction over both criminal cases such as felony cases, divorce cases, equity cases and cases that involve a jury. Bryan County is part of the Atlantic Judicial Circuit. There are four judges on the circuit that rotate through multiple counties. Honorable Robert L. Bryan County State Court prosecutes misdemeanors and traffic violations that occur in Bryan County but outside of the City Limits of Pembroke and Richmond Hill. Judge Ray C.
