If you have been charged with a felony, you will appear before Henry County Superior Court. Furthermore, if you are charged with a misdemeanor or traffic violation but request a jury trial, you will be transferred to Henry Superior Court.

Henry County is part of the Flint Judicial Circuit. There are three judges on the circuit. Honorable Arch W. McGarity is the Chief Judge for the Flint Judicial Circuit and his office can be reached at 770-288-7907. The other judges on the Court include: Judge Brian J. Amero and Judge Wade M. Crumbley.
