The Superior Court is Georgia's general jurisdiction trial court. It has jurisdiction over both criminal cases such as felony cases, divorce cases, equity cases and cases that involve a jury. Johnson County is part of the Dublin Judicial Circuit. There are three judges on the circuit that rotate through multiple counties. Honorable H. Gibbs Flanders, Jr. is the Chief Judge for the Dublin Judicial Circuit and his office can be reached at 478-272-0061. Judge Donald W. Gillis and Judge John F.
