The Penalty for Purchasing or Selling Marijuana Flavored Products in Georgia
If convicted of the purchase or sale of marijuana flavored products in Georgia, the accused will be guilty of a misdemeanor. They will be subject to a fine of $500.00, and each sale constitutes a separate offense. Therefore, if a merchant sold six marijuana products to a minor, their fine would be $3,000.00.
