Miller County is part of the Pataula Judicial Circuit. There are two judges on the circuit that rotate through multiple counties. Honorable Joe C. Bishop is the Chief Judge for the Pataula Judicial Circuit and his office can be reached at 229-995-4994. Judge Thomas H. Baxley is the other judge on the Pataula Judicial Circuit. Colquitt Municipal Court
Traffic violation tickets that occur in Colquitt will go before Colquitt Municipal Court. The Judge for Colquitt Municipal Court is the Honorable Danny Shepard.
