Terrell County is part of the Pataula Judicial Circuit. There are two judges on the circuit that rotate through multiple counties. Honorable Joe C. Bishop is the Chief Judge for the Pataula Judicial Circuit and his office can be reached at 229-995-4994. Judge Thomas H. Terrell County Probate Court prosecutes misdemeanors and traffic violations that occur in Terrell County but outside of the City Limits of Dawson.
