Georgia Man Accused of Assaulting Multiple Women and Firing Shots at Condo Building

Lorenzo Bartley has been accused of beating several different women up in a parking lot and then firing shots at a condominium building in Sandy Springs. He's facing several charges including criminal damage to property and aggravated assault in Georgia. 

As of right now, it is unknown as to why Bartley was assaulting these women. An anonymous caller dialed 911 to report what was happening. He then allegedly fired shots at the condominium building. Two bullets have been reported as ending up on the third floor - one went through a window and the other hit an AC unit. 

He is currently without bond in the Fulton County Jail.

Criminal Damage to Property in the 1st Degree in Georgia

First Degree Criminal Damage to Property in Georgia is defined by the Georgia Code as:

When a person knowingly and without authority interfere with any property in a manner as to endanger human life; or knowingly and without authority and by force or violence interfere with the operation of public communication, public transportation, sewerage, drainage, water supply, gas, power, or other public utility service or with any constituent power thereof. O.C.G.A. 16-7-22.

If convicted of first degree criminal damage to property in Georgia, the punishment will be a prison term between one and ten years. The offense itself is classified as a felony in Georgia.
